The Annual Malvern Fire Company Fair is Coming to Town

The annual Malvern Fire Company Fair is coming to town from Tuesday, July 16th to Saturday, July 20th at the Paoli Memorial Grounds & Malvern Memorial Park. The fair runs each evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM with ample parking available by donation to the fire company at the fairgrounds. Tanker Assist to Goshen

At 17:59 hours this evening Tanker 4 was dispatched along with other area companies to assist Goshen (54/56) with a fire at the 1000blk of Kennett Way in Hershey's Mill. First In crews encountered a kitchen fire. Quick work by the initial units held the fire in check. Tanker 4 arrived and its crews stood by in manpower until being released by Chief 56. ... Culinary Mishap

Malvern units were dispatched to the 100 block of Culpepper Ct. in the Boro for an oven fire. Units arrived to find the fire out with a smoke condition. Crews set up a fan to remove the smoke and found a plastic container in the oven which melted and caught fire.
