We are very grateful to the Malvern Fire Company Fire Police for assisting us in closing Route 30 twice in one week in East Whiteland Township. The first incident was 3 hours and the second was 6 hours in steady rain. Captain Mark Johnson, Lieutenant Jack Chapman, and Officer Paul Marziani, all performed the highest degree of professionalism. Thank you so very much.

BELIEVE I MAY HAVE BEEN RELATED TO THE T. WESLEY GOODWIN THAT HAD A "LARGE BARN FIRE ON THE GT RUTH PROPERTY" OCT. 11, 1904. HE WOULD BE A BROTHER TO MY DISTANT GRANDFATHER GEORGE W. GOODWIN MAYBE. HE HAD A BROTHER THOMAS WESLEY GOODWIN. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE ALL THE SAME FAMILY. Love the website. Wish the best to all the current personal. I was pleased to see that Nick Campbell's wish for what Malvern EMS service could be in the future was done awhile he was alive. I was in the first EMT class back in the 70's when Nick talked of the future of the EMS program and where he wanted to take it.
